Watt and the ventures and companies he founded. AJWE is led by Janet Watt Van Huisen and Audra Arbini. Our mission is to enhance our communities by creating exceptional places where people can live, work, and grow together, while being a real estate operator and trustworthy steward of our stakeholders’ capital.

AJ Watt Enterprises acquires and develops a diverse array of high-quality real estate including multifamily, office and retail properties. In addition, we invest creatively in alternative property types, and perform third-party asset management for a variety of real estate assets. With strong relationships across a wide spectrum of equity investors, lenders, and tenants, we leverage our capabilities to achieve outstanding results for all our stakeholders and customers.
