About Audra Arbini
Audra Arbini is a Principal and serves as the President and Chair of the Board of AJ Watt Enterprises, Inc. Ms. Arbini oversees all company operations, executes strategic initiatives, and serves on the Board of Directors. She is the granddaughter of Raymond A. Watt and grew up in the family business of real estate investment, development, and management.
About Anthony Dolim
Tony Dolim has 30 years of experience in real estate finance, strategic business planning, joint venture structuring, asset management and accounting. His experience covers the areas of land development, homebuilding, commercial and multifamily property. Most recently Tony has served as Chief Financial Officer for Watt Companies, a long-standing real estate investment and development platform with over $2 billion in assets. Prior to Watt, Tony held CFO and senior financial positions for various real estate development companies and spent many years in commercial real estate lending. Tony earned his undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance from the Marshall School of Business at USC, and an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is a licensed real estate broker in California.

Gabriel R. Duarte is a Partner at Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP and focuses is legal practice on Trusts & Estates.
