Anthony J. Pearl joined our Board as Chair in May of 2025. A graduate of Rice University (cum laude, 1992), and Harvard Law School (JD, cum laude, 1996), Anthony has practiced transactional law in a variety of law firm and corporate settings for nearly 30 years.

Audra Arbini is a Principal and serves as the CEO of AJ Watt Enterprises, Inc. Ms. Arbini oversees all company operations, executes strategic initiatives, and serves on the Board of Directors. She is the granddaughter of Raymond A. Watt and grew up in the family business of real estate investment, development, and management.

About Andrew Arbini
Andrew Arbini as assistant asset manager for AJ Watt Enterprises, Inc. assists with the day-to-day operations of all portfolio properties, strategizing on major property decisions, maintaining partner relations, seeking out potential new investments and conducting market research and analysis. He plays a major role in establishing corporate operations and best practices, including creating and maintaining the IT infrastructure and developing company branding.
