About Audra Arbini

Biography

Audra Arbini is a Principal and serves as the President and Chair of the Board of AJ Watt Enterprises, Inc. Ms. Arbini oversees all company operations, executes strategic initiatives, and serves on the Board of Directors. She is the granddaughter of Raymond A. Watt and grew up in the family business of real estate investment, development, and management.

Audra officially joined the Watt organization in 1993. She started in Watt Management, beginning her career by learning a wide variety of roles such as an assistant property manager. As she progressed through the organization, her roles began to expand and she was selected to serve as a founding member for a new business venture, Agua Dulce Vineyards. Next, she transferred into the company’s Residential Management Division to oversee the company’s 2000+ unit residential portfolio. Audra went on to contribute to the Watt organization in many ways. She oversaw many of the company’s development and redevelopment projects, serving as the owner’s representative throughout the planning and construction process. One of her most significant accomplishments was the redevelopment of the 150,000 square-foot Edinger Plaza Shopping Center in Huntington Beach, California. Over the course of her career, Audra has built over 20 years’ experience in managing multifamily assets, including HUD projects, market rate apartments, and mobile home communities. She also managed Watt’s family accounting department. Most recently, Audra has served as a Board Member for Watt Companies, providing special oversight for the company’s multifamily and Section 8 housing portfolio.

Audra is deeply involved in community organizations. She has served as a Board Member of the YWCA of Santa Monica and helped lead several non-profit organizations including Union Rescue Mission, Hope Gardens, Help the Children and Casa Pacifica. She is also committed to humanitarian assistance and has supported the work of orphanages overseas, including the BMA Orphanage in Ghana and the Lake Albert Orphan School in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Audra received her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University. A third-generation member of the Watt Companies family, she currently resides in Southern California with her husband and son.
