Biography

Andrew Arbini as assistant asset manager for AJ Watt Enterprises, Inc. assists with the day-to-day operations of all portfolio properties, strategizing on major property decisions, maintaining partner relations, seeking out potential new investments and conducting market research and analysis. He plays a major role in establishing corporate operations and best practices, including creating and maintaining the IT infrastructure and developing company branding.

Prior to joining the company, Andrew pursued a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors. Entering the business world at age 16, Andrew started up a handyman service which provided painting, cleaning, plumbing, and repair work during the summers. Andrew then applied his creativity and work ethic to social media marketing, where he composed commercials and advertisements that reached a peak audience of over 13 million users and generated over $15 million in sales. He oversaw advertising campaigns as well as new business development with companies in the western United States and Hawaii. Andrew began his first job in the real estate industry at age 19, as an assistant property manager for a mobile home community. There he managed rent rolls, accounting, tenant relations and property improvements. Andrew attended college at Loyola Marymount University before switching to Arizona State University during his junior year, where he is currently studying business. His outside interests include stock market investing, surfing, driving cars, sailing, and traveling. In addition, Andrew is passionate about flying and obtained his pilot’s license before the age of 18.
